Payment: All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations (over 24 hours’ notice): A full refund will be issued.

Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): 50% of the appointment fee will be refunded.

No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment, the full fee will be charged and no refund will be given.

Rescheduling: Appointments cannot be changed with less than 24 hours’ notice. In this case, 50% of the appointment cost will be refunded.
