To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full, as the time cannot usually be offered to another client.

Refunds are not available for missed appointments or late cancellations (if paid in advance).

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to:

Reschedule your appointment, or

Request a refund (if paid in advance).
