2. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via our Site.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, PayPal, and Stripe.
     

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

  • If we must cancel a session, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.
     

4. Disclaimer

  • Tarot and Reiki services are provided for guidance, relaxation, and personal development.

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Any decisions you make as a result of a session are your responsibility.

  • We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Reiki is a complementary practice, not a replacement for medical care.
